DESCRIPTION:The first Sunday of every other month (February\, April\, June\
 , August\, October\, December) First Baptist is responsible for ministerin
 g to the residents at the Elsberry Health Care Center. For many of them\, 
 this is their experience of “church” for the week. We arrive by 2:30\,
  pass out hymnals\, sing five or six hymns with them\, read a Scripture\, 
 and close in prayer. There are no longer any restrictions on the Health Ca
 re Center’s end on who can come. So\, if possible\, please join us (kids
  too!) for one of these opportunities to minister to our community.
