An encouraging one-day event focused on rural ministry, church planting and revitalization in rural areas.

Small towns are often overlooked and undervalued. And the pastors and churches in them can be tempted to feel the same way. But the good news is the God of the gospel cares greatly about small towns--about his people who live there and the mission to those who are not yet his.

This Acts 29 Midwest Rural Collective Summit is designed to emphasize the unstoppable power of the Gospel in one-stoplight towns for the encouragement of pastors and leaders who are ministering in them. Another goal of the event is to call others to consider leading or joining church planting and revitalization efforts in rural communities throughout the Midwest and beyond.

With three main sessions, including music and preaching, along with three breakouts to choose from and a panel discussion during lunch, there will be much nourishment and inspiration for those engaged in or considering rural ministry. In addition to the conference itself, every registrant will also take home a copy of Stephen Witmer's book "A Big Gospel in Small Places."

Main session speakers will be Ben Durbin, Noel Heikkinen, and Thom Desmond.
